Tom Carter:

Tom Carter founded and successfully built LeaderFinder based on principles of excellence, transparency and commitment.

Tom holds deep consulting experience in private and public sectors. His areas of expertise in executive search and consulting for the private sector include risk management, compliance, finance, operations and human resources. His expertise in the public sector include serving as a delegate representing the US at the UN Security Council and led key diplomatic discussions regarding the initiatives in Iraq and Haiti. He was also the Policy Director for the Western Hemisphere in the Office of Counterterrorism at the US State Department. Before entering government service, Tom was a Sales Director at Siebel Systems.

Tom received his Bachelors degree from Georgetown University and Masters from Harvard University. He speaks fluent Spanish and French, and lives in New York City with his wife and their six children.
