• During a search we speak with as many as 200 potential candidates and sources.
Qualify • We take potential candidates through a screening Interview to ascertain level of interest and basic qualifications for the role.
• A Strategic Interview (typically 90-120 minutes) compares candidate skills and leadership style against a detailed position description. The strategic interview includes a brief case study to help us understand the candidate’s decision-making process.
• Reference Checks
