Nick Marlin:

Nick Marlin is an Advisor to LeaderFinder and has deep expertise in financial services.

Prior to joining LeaderFinder, Nick was a Senior Human Resources Generalist for PaineWebber and oversaw recruitment for the firm. When PaineWebber was acquired by UBS, Nick became a Senior HR Generalist and oversaw the HR Generalist group. Nick also led North and South American recruiting for Gemini Consulting and managed Campus Recruiting for Mead Corporation.

Before entering the field of human resources, Nick spent 20 years in law enforcement. Nick graduated from the University of Dayton and the National FBI Academy.
