Michele Balfour :

Michele Balfour is an Advisor to LeaderFinder and brings to the firm her expertise in investment banking, private equity, M&A, securities, structured finance and cross-border finance. Her value as a consultant is due to her diverse experience, intuitive sense of business acumen and highly collaborative nature.

Prior to her affiliation with LeaderFinder, Michele was a corporate attorney for Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance). She also previously worked for the Federal Trade Commission, managing a technical assistance program for emerging market economies. As a Consultant for the World Bank to the Russian Antimonopoly Office, Michele worked with national governments to create antitrust legislation.

Michele has also served on several boards and is active in the Brennan Center, a nonpartisan public policy and law institute. She is an associate of the Inter-American Dialogue and is one of the co-founders of the Foreign Policy Leadership Council (now the National Security Network) and participates in the Democratic Roundtable.

Michele received her Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and her Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law and lives in New York City with her husband and their three children.
