Howard Rosenberg:

Howard Rosenberg is a Senior Consultant for LeaderFinder and has expertise in areas of leadership or general management, operations, finance, marketing, business development, compliance and human resources. His success as a consultant is due largely to his keen ability to listen well to and work closely with his clients to define their needs and goals.

In 1996, Howard founded Novomont Ventures, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on helping companies to achieve their business goals through improved marketing and operations.

Howard was previously a management consultant with Booz-Allen and Hamilton where he helped businesses to develop, implement operations, technology and business strategies and create marketing plans. He also focused on organization development, team building and turnaround management.

Howard received his Bachelors degree from Stanford University and Masters from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
