Gwyneth J. Anderson

Gwyneth J. Anderson is a Vice President with LeaderFinder and among her many responsibilities manages search engagements for the firm, directs the Research department and is the powerhouse from which LeaderFinder draws to produce excellence in customized talent solutions. With her intellectual agility and comprehensive framework, she is able to provide extensive, up-to-date, relevant information to consultants and clients alike. Gwyn's areas of expertise include talent analysis by industry, sector, and company; market mapping; personnel breakdown by business unit and across senior managerial levels; and side-by-side client/competitor talent comparison. Her experience has also spanned a wide range of industries and all facets of the organizational structure.

Prior to joining LeaderFinder, Gwyn managed her own consulting practice for ten years, Anderson Research, which provided executive recruitment and consulting services to search firms and corporate clients. Among her clients were Cook & Company, Cecil Associates, Young & Rubicam, Estee Lauder and Citicorp. Earlier in her career, Gwyn was a Vice President with Wakefield Talabisco and Assistant Vice President at Gilbert Tweed Associates. A leader in the search profession, Gwyn was on the Board of Directors of the Executive Search Roundtable for four years and served as President for two years.
