Officer, the Controller will be responsible for
the leadership and oversight of accounting, financial
planning and budget management functions for the
firm. The current staff includes approximately
20 professionals and non-professionals located
primarily at the corporate headquarters in the
United States. The Controller must be an experienced
CPA with in-depth knowledge of P&C insurance financial
practices, regulations.

Northern New Jersey is seeking a Controller to
lead the accounting function. A direct report
to the CFO, this Controller will be responsible
for: the management of the day-to-day management
of the accounting function; prompt and accurate
month-end close process; cash flow forecasting;
preparation of management reports as necessary
and effective interaction and support for operations
and sales management. Cost accounting experience
strongly preferred. CPA required.
