Goals to be achieved include: Identify and monitor key risk indicators by risk category, Enhance risk appetite and limits framework in ways that connect top-down risk tolerance with bottom-up risk exposures, strengthen integrated risk assessment and reporting to highlight key enterprise risks, establish strong working relationships with business units and corporate functions to advance the ERM agenda, perform ad hoc deep dive analysis of risk issues that require the synthesis of analytics, business judgment, and ultimately arriving at conclusions and recommendations for management actions/decisions
Chief Risk Officer for Asia-Pacific Region

Reporting to the Global Chief Risk Officer of one of the world's largest insurance organizations, the CRO for Asia Pacific will manage risk on a super-regional level. The right candidate will be deeply experienced in Property & Casualty insurance and will have worked closely with personal lines underwriters or units. Managerial responsibilities could include 20-30 individuals from assorted risk-related and technical teams.
Familiarity with regulatory regimes in key Asian countries, particularly Japan, is a plus. Business orientation is a must, this is a business risk role and is not about quantifying the risk but rather about identifying and understanding business risks including underwriting, financial, market, and operational. Actuarial qualifications are welcome but not necessary; candidates will be fluent in the mathematics underlying this type of insurance, risk transfer, all financial elements. Location: Tokyo. Relocation is available for the right candidate in the US or Europe meeting other key criteria.
Chief Security Officer

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate within a Fortune 100 health insurance company, the Chief Security Officer will oversee the oversee security managers and vendors who safeguard the company's assets, as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors. Other responsibilities include
Provide protection to a number of senior executives, including advance work, travel, residential security, and motor pool. Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with the corporate security plan.
Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits, assessments, and benchmarking efforts.

Senior Vice President, Underwriting

The SVP Underwriting will be responsible for establishing underwriting guidelines, processes and procedures for all professional lines products (including D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, K&R, E&O, Privacy, and Medical Malpractice) within the U.S. market. The right person will work collaboratively with the new product development team to vet new products and will be responsible for researching emerging issues in the industry. Additional responsibilities include monitoring of compliance with agreed policies and procedures, referral underwriting, portfolio management and working on treaty reinsurance management as required. PAC Manager - Latin America and Caribbean: Leading global manufacturer of highly engineered recreational product is seeking a Manager of Parts, Accessories and Clothing for the Latin American region. The Region is experiencing rapid growth and this division is critical to the long term success of the region across Mexico, Brazil and the Caribbean as well other countries in Latin America. Reports to Regional General Manager and sits on global council for PAC. Based in south Florida. Spanish fluency is mandatory and Portuguese is a plus. Approximately 40% travel.
Marketing and Business Analyst - Latin America and Caribbean: Leading global manufacturer of highly engineered recreational product is seeking an analyst to join the Latin American team. Reporting to the Marketing Head for the region, this individual will drive the analysis process necessary to insure the region and the market are being served appropriately. This position will support the regional offices in Brazil and Mexico and the District Sales Managers. Additional responsibilities include providing support for both regional and global trade shows. Based in south Florida. Spanish fluency is mandatory and Portuguese is a plus. Approximately 30% travel.
Financial Controller - US division of European Lifestyle Manufacturer: Based in the NYC tri-state area, our client is seeking a Controller to join them who will firmly establish best-practice standards across the US/Can/Mex business. Reporting to the US General Manager and to the Global CFO, this position requires a strong operationally focused finance executive who can bring structure and standards to a growing enterprise. Both GAAP and IFRS knowledge required. Team spirit essential. CPA is strongly preferred.

Our client seeks to establish a long-term relationship with their customers (both retail and corporate) and this role (newly expanded in scope) will bring together all elements of customer care, service, financing and warranties, technical support and remarketing. An executive with both direct people management and remote services management experience. Based in the tri-state NYC area.
