Darleen DeRosa
Darleen DeRosa, Ph.D. is
a managing partner at our partner firm OnPoint
Consulting. Darleen brings ten years of
management consulting experience, with deep
expertise in the areas of talent/succession
management, executive assessment, virtual
teams, and organizational assessment.
Previously, Darleen was an Executive Director
in the Assessment practice at Russell Reynolds
Associates. In this role, Darleen conducted
assessments of senior executives across
industries and worked closely with CEOs
and Boards to leverage these results. Specifically,
she worked with clients such as Google,
Gerdau Group, Carlyle, EarthLink, Morgan
Stanley, and ArQule.
Before joining Russell Reynolds, Darleen
served as Assessment Practice Leader for
Right Management Consultants, where she
was responsible for the growth of the assessment
practice for the Northeast Region. Darleen
provided executive assessment solutions
to help organizations such as Johnson &
Johnson, Bayer, Merck, Rodale Publishing,
FGIC, and Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. facilitate
selection, succession management, and leadership
development initiatives. In particular,
she designed and implemented large-scale
assessment projects, helped identify and
develop high potential leaders, conducted
assessments of executive teams, and designed
leadership development programs.
Prior to her tenure at Right Management,
Darleen was a Clinical Researcher at the
Yale University School of Medicine, where
she conducted assessments and managed clinical
research studies. She began her career at
Southern New England Telecommunications
Company (now AT&T) in Human Resources where
she focused on selection.
Darleen received her B.A. in psychology
from the College of the Holy Cross and her
M. A. and Ph.D. in social/organizational
psychology from Temple University. Darleen
is a member of The Society for Industrial
and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), METRO,
and other professional organizations. She
has published book chapters and articles
in journals such as Human Resource Management.
